A former mill,
turned into a home.
It all starts with a lake: the one the grandfather dug in front of the farm so that trout could be fished there. His parents then turned the old La Neyrette mill into a restaurant, before building the three-star hotel we know today.
The family carries on the adventure of a place that keeps changing over time, always with the same aim: to welcome you as well as possible, and quite simply.
